There are 5 teams competing in the Q3CTF Wireplay QGL 2000 Finals.

Members: Saint, Acid, Limps, Kvastr, Metal, Ineffable, Lycomedes, Damage Inc. Clan Age: About 1 year old. Clan's Favourite Map: Q3WCTF2 for CTF and Q3DM6 for TeamDM. Who will win the TeamDM comp: j0r. Clan Info: MAX was formed after the first QGL season by Acid and Saint, and was primarily a CTF clan, however they now also play (and dominate) TeamDM and RA3. MAX is maw caw than slaw! Most Memorable Clan Moment: Slapping down TLG in TeamDM in any games played against them, and slapping down GZI in CTF in any games played against them.
Members: Badkarma, Knossos, FactorX, resilient, Fork Clan Age: About 1 year now. Clan's Favourite Map: q3dm6 :D, mad duel, teamdm and ra3 map. Who will win the TeamDM comp: I think all of the top 4 stand a chance :P Clan Info: Were a group of friends that play q3 together as a clan and sometimes CS (ghey), we attend QGL and GGF regularly, and usually enter any teamdm/duel comps that are running. Most Memorable Clan Moment: The 6v6 CTF match against BAM! was heaps fun.
Members: Avalon, Bad, GreyMATr, Lash and Storm Clan Age: About as old as Jude's mums' usual customers, and Jim's preferred age of boy - about 2.5 years Clan's Favourite Map: The ones where our opponents forfeit, or we play the aforementioned pretty boy, pansy tight wearing poncing mirror staring clan, but mainly on q3wctf2 And as2m7, that awesome q2ctf blue favouring cheap defensive map Who will win the TeamDM comp: Depends if our plan to take over the world and break everyone's spirit (and hands) works or not, otherwise the clan that wastes the most j0r hours playing to the max. Clan Info: The greatest aspect of our clan is the awesome teamplay we show. Whenever one of us is in danger, the rest of us are around to help
cause trouble. Whether it be inciting fights, taking over lame online comps or just general annoyance, GreyMATr leads the way and we follow. Our
favourite pastime includes teaching this other pretty boy, bandana and muscle shirt wearing, non-shaving (and unnamed) clan how real men look at
monitors, move a mouse and press keys. We know who wears the pants in THAT relationship.
Most Memorable Clan Moment: Actually winning some games, and then flogging some member obsessed, hair grooming, always-flexing clan. Seriously, our most memorable moment was beating some doom loving, sheep obsessed, men swooning, perfume wearing, Robert Jordan loving clan of cool people. Although I hear they did make the 3 girls in attendance over the age of 18 swoon at some stage, and therefore they earned the title of the worlds premiere *swoon* clan. (No offence intended Asha'swoon)

Clan Info: Previously FDK and before that most of our members came from vortex. Made up of mostly mates. Most Memorable Clan Moment: Oh yeah the GZI thing they wanted to fight us cause they thought we were cheating and reaps and Avalon were going at each other ready to biff it up.
Members: ]-[ITMAN, R4tX0r, GuVna, Fuzzy Clan Age: Is this a trick question? We are the oldest surviving Quake Clan in the World, full stop.
Clan's Favourite Map: Q3DM6. Who will win the TeamDM comp: CFu in TeamDM, and J0r in CTF. Clan Info: We've never been one for team strategy, mostly just wing it on individual prowess. Sometimes that's enough, most times it's not. Most Memorable Clan Moment: Smacking J0r and everyone else down, when it didn't count towards anything... |
