QGL Finals 2000 - Q3CTF Structure & Rules

Admin: Trog, Nats, Saint.

Match Settings:

  • Teams: 5 vs 5.
  • Timelimit: 20 minutes per map.
  • Maps: Q3ctf3, Q3WCTF2, Q3WCTF3. All 3 maps must be played per match.
  • Capture Limit: No Capture Limit.
  • Frag Limit: No Frag Limit.
  • Mod Used: OSP 0.99l
  • Required Files: The following files will be required by everyone playing in the Q3 Duel Finals:
    • Threewave CTF Maps(8.2mb) - Zoid's Threewave CTF maps that will be played in the CTF finals.
    • OSP Client-Side .pk3 file(117kb) - Simply extract this file to Quake3\osp. It will be required to play in the QGL finals.
Winner: The team who wins the most maps will be declared the winner.

Tied Game: If a tied game occurs (all 3 maps drawn), a 10 minute map will be played. If that is drawn, the first team who capped in that 10 minutes wins. In the Grand final, a whole map will be replayed until a proper result occurs. The map to be played in the event of a tie is Q3WCTF2.
